In addition to the general terms, conditions and disclaimers which all site users (including advertisers) are subject to, magazine advertisers undertake to be bound by the additional terms, conditions, disclaimers and policies set out below and henceforth collectively referred to as the 'Terms'. These additional 'Terms' apply to advertisers within our magazines whether online or in print..Advertisers in our printed magazines extend permission to 'this site' to publish their material both in print and online, both on 'our sites' and on publishing platforms. In placing their ad, advertisers confirm they hold all appropriate copyrights to the material they wish to publish and fully indemnify 'this site' againt any and all claims raised as a result of their submission. Likewise, advertisers in our online only editions extend permission to this site to publish their ad online, both on 'our sites' and on publishing platforms. The 'Advertiser' agrees to be bound by our Terms in full and we define 'Advertiser' as the person who placed the advertisement, the business or company they represent and/or the company referenced within the ad, advertising and supplying the service or product, this definition is extended to include company representatives, advertising agents / agencies and/or media buyer.

If Simply Belfast fails or delays in exercising its rights or remedies provided by these Terms, it shall not be deemed to have waived that or any other right or remedy under these Terms. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights to rely upon or enforce any of these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by English law and the courts of Northern Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms. This site reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, so keep up to date!

Simply Belfast shall not be subject to any liability whatsoever for any failure to publish or circulate magazines within 'delivery targets', where strikes, work stoppages, accidents, fires, acts of God or any other circumstance not within our control occur.
