LIDL AT DUNDONALD FINED
FOR ILLEGAL SIGNAGE !

Lidl Supermarket at Dundonald has been fined £750 plus £86 costs for illegal signage at the store.
Representatives of Lidl (Northern Ireland) GmbH were given fined at Newtownards Magistrates Court
The action which was brought by the Planning Service contained two charges of displaying illegal signs at
the Upper Newtownards Road store in Dundonald. The prosecution fell under Article 84 of the Planning (Northern Ireland) Order 1991 (as amended).
