Former Belfast Estate Agent - Bankrupt!
Former Estate Agent Jonathan Watson from Beechfield Crescent in Bangor, who was once a director of one of the largest agencies in Belfast has been declared bankrupt.
Mr. Watson was one of the three men who bought over Philip Johnston & Co Estate Agents in Belfast, to stop the total destruction of brand following the arrest of it owner, Estate Agent Philip Johnston.
The management buy out was successful and the brand was saved, having been re-branded by the three as MCW Residential. However, following the murder of Jim Gray and the subsequent dropping of charges against Belfast estate agent Philip Johnston, he was able to buy back the ailing MCW brand, which was reported to be in 'severe financial difficulties'.
The company was later re-branded back to Philip Johnston & Co, with offices in Dundonald, Ballyhackamore and Belmont.
